Transparency

Sherwood will protect your monetary interests throughout the building process, and provide appropriate documentation
for every transaction that occurs along the way. Regular statements are presented which outline all actual costs versus original budget estimates. Part of our fiscal responsibility to our clients includes providing them with quotations for each material aspect of construction for their approval. Finally, comprehensive budgets and timetables will be created and revised when necessary throughout construction.

From initial design consultations through any special requirements such as attending public hearings and meetings, the Sherwood team will make sure that we are available to you at all times. By developing appropriate budgets and timetables, Sherwood will outline your expectations well in advance of starting construction. We will also educate you on alternative materials and techniques that you may require for budget purposes. Finally, our commitment to our clients includes post construction servicing for any needs you may have, long after you move in to your new home.

Safety

Sherwood ensures that a safe working environment exists on all of our jobsites. All of our projects are conducted in strict compliance with the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations. We will also ensure that any sub trades and suppliers provide the necessary documentation with respect to liability insurance as well as WSIB certificates.
